– If, after attending the event until the end, you believe that the event did not meet your expectations, you can request a refund.
– Refund requests must be submitted via email to admin@thinkdifferentnation.com within seven (7) days after the event concludes.
– In your refund request email, please include the following information:
– Your full name.
– The date of the event you attended.
– The location (city and venue) of the event.
– A detailed explanation of the reasons why you believe the event did not work for you.
- **Refund Processing:**
– Once we receive your refund request email, we will process your request within 3-5 business days.
– If your refund request is approved, we will refund the purchase price of your event ticket or registration fee to the original payment method used for the purchase.
– You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
- **Refund Limitations:**
– Our Money Back Guarantee is limited to one refund per customer per event.
– Refunds are only applicable to the ticket or registration fee paid for the event and do not cover any additional expenses, such as travel or accommodation costs.
- **Abuse of the Money Back Guarantee:**
– We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.
– Refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in these terms and conditions will be denied.
- **Changes to Event Dates or Locations:**
– If an event is rescheduled to a different date or location, your ticket or registration will automatically be transferred to the new date or location. In such cases, the Money Back Guarantee will remain applicable based on the new event date.
